Holiday home to rent, perfect for family holidays

This traditional village house comfortably sleeps 6 in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom and is situated in a small village at the southern end of Normandy.

 

The house has a spacious lounge with an open fire, satellite TV, DVD, film library, many books and board games.

 

The kitchen has a wood burning stove, large dining table and modern appliances including electric hob / oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer.

 

The top floor games room has a full size pool table and 2 extra beds if needed, taking the capacity up to 8.  The house has 2 shower rooms with WC’s and a sauna.

 

There is a small private courtyard for sunbathing and barbecues.  The bedroom at the rear of the house and the games room have fabulous views over the local countryside.  There is also a small seating area at the front of the house.

Across the square from the house there is a boulangerie, patisserie, café/bar, and a child's play area.  In the surrounding area are Tennis courts, swimming, golf, night life and restaurants (all approx 10 minutes drive). There is a lake with sandy beaches ideal for children (approx 15 minutes drive).
